I do believe those were the parts that came with her.

They look like buttons and cord to me. You could probably make them, but joints for a different doll with the same kind of limbs should work.
I wonder if there was the plastic cup/discs also?
I found this video on you tube from 4 yrs ago. Hope this helps. Shows the pieces for assembling the limbs around the 5 min mark. I had a Coco kit, can’t find it, may even have sold it, can’t remember. I had a quick look where I thought she might be, but not there. I do remember the kit has the same pieces as in the video and I was not looking forward to the assembly due to all the comments of how difficult it was. Update: I found her COA 22/1000 so she must be here somewhere. Will have a better look later so I can get pics of the assembly pieces for the limbs for you.
