That is a mix of red blue and skin. I build the color slowly, so some layers are purple others more burgundy. I build the color as I see it fit. Hopefully this helps. I use the vein blue from BB. It makes the mixing faster.

Thank you, it really does help, I build my creases as I go with all my mottling colors etc. but my creasing color for my final painting of them I am not happy with. I keep adjusting it trying to reach a less pinky red tone but can never seem to find the right mix, I will give your formula a try next.
