Chances of this not being noticeable

This is my Romy I got today
He has a small pin hole/ black dot on the forehead.
I don’t like giving my babies birthmarks generally, especially not this age of baby and from the left angle it looks like a small hole sort of…

I do get this close in detail as do most of us artists so I know you know where I am coming from, Plus, the kit was expensive.
Had it been a half inch further up I wouldn’t have cared.
Does this look like it will flawlessly cover or am I going to ship it back for a replacement? Thanks for your input.
Hugs
Katie

It does look like a hole. If it were a dark spot I’d say I’d try to incorporate it into the painting but not a hole. I say request an exchange/refund.

All the Huxley kits have visible marks on the head . The suppliers knew it from the beginning. Nowhere in the site mentions anything about the visible flaws and the kit was $127 USD ( including the body )
It should be discounted by sculptor / supplier .
Or send an email about the 1500 kits having flaws and you can decide if you still want it or not .

Is that for Romy or Huxley? Did everyone’s Romy have this?
Edit- oh I see just for Huxley
Wow! I would be extremely upset! For that much money! And they were all being sold with flaws? Sheesh

I think it would cover easily personally. Maybe varnish/seal/prime first.

My Huxley had three small black dots on the head. I got them off with Winsor and Newton and a toothpick. It took a little elbow grease but they came off.

If you can’t get a replacement you might be able to fill it with 3D medium.

Ok I ended up giving it a whirl and taking the gamble. I filled it with thick medium and then tapped on flesh 08- you’d never know!! I’m happy now
