Can't get a response from Macphersons

I’ve sent three emails to Macphersons in regard to a preorder I did awhile back for Saskia. I know they have been in stock a couple weeks. Getting ready to send a final email to cancel. Frustrated

I am so glad that Anita alerted me to this thread as I searched in every e-mail file … my inbox, trash, spam, and every folder and I did not find an e-mail from you about paying the Saskia balance. The last one I got and responded to was on July 12 about Poppet and then I do see an e-mail dated July 20th where you are saying you want to place an order for Saskia and how do you go about doing that. Then I did see the order come in so I did not respond to that one. That is the last one I can find.
If you did use a different e-mail then please do let me know but I can’t see anything here at all from you.
Make sure you send the messages to info@macphersoncrafts.com :slight_smile:
In the meantime I have sent you an invoice to pay the balance for Saskia. You simply click on the “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the invoice. Anita is right…if you do not hear back always leave a voice message on the phone and Shelly will call you back with your answer. hUgs Brenda XOXOXOOX

I messaged them but only got the auto message back. Maybe someone here can answer my question. I think I saw before that shipping on a $100 purchase was free. Anyone know if that’s true?

It was true the last time I ordered from them. If they still have the banner about free shipping to US with $100 purchase, it still is I guess.

I order from MacPhersons frequently and my orders are always over $100 so my shipping is always free, at least so far it has been.

Well something weird is going on with email…I looked in my junk mail and inbox, no invoice.
