Cancelled orders

Has anyone had an order from BB cancelled? I have just received notification after it said it was enroute… I’m confused…

On the store homepage there is a nite at the top about a shipping delay… maybe that’s it? ‘‘Tis the season you know they prob printed the label but usps didn’t pick it up so it was delayed and they canceled that particular shipping que?
