Hi there everyone! I know this thread is old but I just wanted to give an update. So, it looks like the specks on her are in the vinyl. They don’t seem to be mold. So now I have her on my painting table and am starting on her:

I think I’m going to paint her as a red, purpley newborn. she’s already washed and primed.
