I would like to know how the fake burr could be applied as in this photo, I have searched everywhere but I have not found anything, thanks for the information.

Many do with a bubble making tool from Machpersons or clear glue and glass beads . Maybe try to looking ( spy glass. ) here or YouTube for a video on how to make them .
Other may have better advice
