What other paints do I need as well as these.i have got the generic bountiful baby genesis paints. I’m also looking for a blond colour to use as well. As it only comes with brow brown. What other colours do you suggest.

im not an expert and not a great artist but… Everyone uses different paints to achieve the painting style they are after so that is a tough one!
Here are some I’ve found a lot of people recommend and that I use a lot
Mint green - use for mottling or a wash for color correcting and adds a translucent realistic skin layer and depth
Ultramarine blue can be mixed with other colors or on its own as a mottle for depth
Q Crimson - as a mottle
Pyrrol red #2 - mottling (this is a very strong color use sparingly! I made a thin wash and made my whole kit bright pink!!)
Raw umber - as a wash
Burnt sienna - as a wash
Yellow ochre (this is one of my favorites, hubby refers to it as a honey coat. It looks like honey & adds warmth very similar to raw sienna) - as a wash or mottle
White
Black
Green
Purple
Red
Those base colors are great for mixing and making your own custom colors.
Purple and white are great to make a soft lavender that you can use around super thin skin areas like eyelids and inside ears
You can also use your BB custom starter kit colors as mottled, washes and to mix in with other colors.
I use vein blue around eyes, wrists, ankles ears temples and other thin skin areas
Eyelid purple I use more as a lip layer and a mottling layer
I hear a lot about sap green but BB doesn’t carry it so I haven’t gotten it yet.
