What do you think if the front leg bodies? Does the baby lay right?

Thanks Sony I will give them a try

That’s the leg style I use whether the legs are full or 3/4-length.

I’ve used them a lot and look lovely but it depends on the way the legs are at the top and how you want them to sit. For example Abigail schick I used a non jointed side loading because with joints the hips would have stuck out too much and I couldn’t use front loading as the legs would be too close together as her legs curve inwards at the top of the thighs. I saw one made with jointed legs and she looked deformed. I just made Amelia by JK and it was recommended to use side loading but I would have preferred her to have the front loading now to bring her legs up a little. The picture shown you can see the doll has been placed into a huddled up position with the curved back so imagine it with the back flat.

THAT is how to get that pose. No wonder I couldn’t do it.

Do the legs rotate?

Just make sure it dries completely  Yep speaking from experience.

Cant you put rings on the legs too?

I tried rings and I can’t see any possible way for them to work. I went out the on the opposite direction and no. It doesn’t work like the head. Just try it you’ll see what I mean… Unless I’m doing something totally wrong.

I don’t have anything to try it on, lol. I was just wondering. Thanks for answering my question.

so you can use this body on 3/4? i like this style better but my baby has 3/4 and i thought this was only for full legs

Personally, unless the baby has really short thighs, I almost always use the full leg bodies on my 3/4 leg babies. I don’t particularly like the leg caps.
