Black dots on bountiful baby kits?

I recently recieved some bountiful babys kits but they have black dots on some of them and it appears i cant get them off what are they?

A few of mine recently purchased had that as well. I just made them into small birthmarks since they weren’t custom orders or anything. If you want you can pick them out with a rooting needle and then mix thick medium with flesh color and pack the hole. Bake and then paint as you normally would. Only do this before you do your first normal paint layer. Works for me
