I was going through invoices on my computer and found Benni’s and realized he has not arrived. I ordered him from Irresistables in June. I went to their site and the listing has his ETA August/Sept of 2025. If you ordered him, did you receive him? I never saw an email for his shipping. If he did ship back then, the post office must have lost mine. Been having mail issues lately. I just sent Irresistables an email to find out if he shipped and mine never came.

I don’t think the dealers ever got the kit? Image search only shows prototypes?

That’s weird. I never received any info from Irresistables that it was not going to ship. 
They show it as still available and shipping.

I ordered Grilly from Irresistables in June and have not received a invoice or any update. I am thinking of just cancelling my order after this much time, its ridiculous!

I just heard back from Esther. She said the kits have been stuck in customs since September and it’s been very frustrating. She offered me a credit, which I told her I’d like to take. I can always get the kit later if it ends up coming in, since it’s an open edition.

The lack of communication from this company is not good as far as customer service. How hard is it to shoot out an email to people who are waiting on orders?
I mean….its nice of them to give the rewards to people like they did Jean…..but still…..

I haven’t received him yet. I ordered all three and paid for them in full. I don’t think they ever shipped. Messaged Irresistables yesterday via direct email after not hearing back when I completed the online form.
Truborns shows they’re* in stock and shipping. I don’t know what’s going on. Why would Truborns have but not Irresistables?
@InfantInspirations how did you contact Esther? Seems like it didn’t take long to get a response. Wonder why I haven’t heard back 
*Edited - Monty is the only one described as being in stock.

I used the form on her site, here: Contact Us. I heard back from her within a few hours. I think they are at minimal capacity for help until after the new year, so hopefully you will hear from her soon.
I wonder if Bobbi paid the custom fees or as merchandise is being processed in customs, they are releasing some of it. Seems confusing.

I asked for a rfund on mine from Esther.She said she notified people on her FB that their was no delivery date and one other place. I never saw it. There is still no update on her site and she is refunded my money but was rather rude about it. I think she could update her site to explain the problem to all who ordered the pups.

That’s a bummer. I don’t go on Facebook that much - when I do, it’s to message with family members, not check on pages or content I follow. I wouldn’t have known about the update without asking on here. That’s really unfortunate.
I still haven’t heard back on either of my messages (one sent through the website form, the other via email directly). I’ll send a follow-up on Tuesday and ask for a refund if I don’t hear back by then.
