I got my email that BB is carrying the Golden Fluid acrylics and some mediums now.
This is great! I would like to request that you also stock the Super Matte Medium. I am using this and love it
to mix with my Golden as well as RebornFX air dry paints. It works very well and I have quickly gone through 1/2 jar already. It would be nice to get it here when I am placing an order to save on shipping. Otherwise, I have been ordering it from Amazon.

I use them with water, retarder medium (slow drying time) and matte medium (paints are a bit shiny). Sometimes I use retarder medium and paint when I need the paint to move, but want it intense. Sometimes I paint with water and retarder medium , then put a layer of matte medium down to take away the shine so I can see what I’m really working with.
The bad thing about me is that I paint differently each and every time. Hopefully I can find a way and stick to it, but for now I can tell you to thin it down and add your retarder like you would with babyfx. You’ll know what to do from there, @Sony72. Besides being a bit more shiny, the biggest difference is that it grabs the vinyl more quickly, so you either might have to add a bit more retarder or will need to work faster.

I HIGHLY recommend joining MGDolls Patreon page for at least one month and watching how she paints. I do not actually paint so much like her but I have learned a lot about different mediums and mixes and how to use them. She has been testing all this stuff. You can glean from what she does and then develop your own method.
I still have tons of the RebornFX paints since I stocked up for teaching classes. I am now using my RebornFX paints by mixing the paints with the Golden Super Matte Medium and some distilled water that has had 2 drops of Golden Wetting agent added to 4 oz of water. I learned about this from Melissa. The wetting agent helps the paint to flow onto the vinyl and not bead up when you thin the paints down for washes. I also can add some of my Golden Fluid colors to RebornFX and they all work together fine. I am finding all the Golden Mediums work just fine with the RebornFX paints for me. I like taking the Golden Polymer matte varnish and adding some RebornFX matting powder (or can use corn starch or arrow root) mixed with water to the varnish. Using this to final varnish makes for a nice varnish and you can control how matte you make it by how much powder you add. Same as goes for using the DecoArt SoftTouch varnish instead.
For an Isolation coat you can use a couple different of the Golden mediums of your choice. For example the GAC500 can be mixed 2 parts GAC500 to 1 part distilled water to make a sprayable isolation coat for powders and paints. You then apply varnish as the last step.
