Baby Displays

How do you all store/display your keepers? When it was just two we had a bassinet. Now it’s about to be 5 newborn sized dolls, chubby Kai, chubby 3 month Joseph, and 3 toddlers. I’ve got 5 babies laid in the pack n play but it’s already full. Need more ideas - well, realistically I need fewer dolls, but we all know that’s not going to happen!

I have two bassinets, and a permanent “hospital” or change table setup on my dresser. I also have a rock n’ play that I keep in my studio space for when I photograph them

I have mine in a cot, but laid across rather than how a real baby lays because it means you can fit several reborns in. I also have a basket, a bouncy chair and I plan too get another basket as I have a lot of keepers.

I’ve got one in a car seat and one large standing one. The other ones I have are either sitting on the top of a shelf if they’re awake, or have their own little ‘beds’ on a bookshelf.
Here’s a couple.

I have a vintage Jenny Lind crib and I got a pretty crib set for it. Most of my babies are in there. Some are randomly stolen by my youngest. Her Lillian (Tibby) is currently in her room on her toy box wearing earmuffs. :woman_shrugging:t2: Here’s my crib. I love it!!!

I would love to display my granddaughters with the crates. Your room is so pretty. My oldest daughter has a light pink Jenny Lind that is beautiful. I am afraid she will let it go before Ihave a place for it.

Be careful leaving your reborns laying on dark colors, as the vinyl can become stained by them - especially navy blue or black.

All great ideas, I may steal a few!

Thanks for the awesome ideas!! Thinking of maybe little shelves - I forgot we also have a little 10 inch mermaid who needs to be displayed, and a porcelain Ashton Drake “It’s a Girl” doll which belonged to my great-grandmother. I’m also thinking of getting a little table and chairs for the toddlers.

While on the subject does anyone have any ideas where to buy or how to make a hospital bassinet?
Never mind, lol. I found this for anyone else that may be thinking of doing the same thing.

Now to search for tubes and oxygen bottles.

I don’t know how you would go about getting one but we have a new huge hospital opening on December 6.
The hospital closing is ECM Hospital in Florence, Alabama. They are not using anything they currently have from the old hospital in the new hospital. I had heard they will probably sell the hospital bassinets. I am not sure if they will give them away, auction them or just sell to whoever wants them.

@pattyabe I wish I was there. If you happen to go, (and they are not too expensive), to get something I will gladly pay you for your time, the bassinet, shipping, gas whatever.

I have a hospital bassinet and love it. But I got it second hand and it was pricey.
