It almost looks like a clay sculpt in progress. It looks a lot like Charlie. Could it be a vinyl prototype trial?

It’s got 1/4 limbs that come with it. Definitely Ashton drake. Kinda looks like that one named Charlie, only this one has really prominent creases above the eyes
