Some come wrapped in bags. The head in one, the arms in one, the legs in one… I take the kit out of those. Check it over then put it back in the big bag, and so on

BB kits are always wrapped in bags, but given that they sell seconds that look nearly perfect I’d say they check their kits and put them back into bags. I’m not sure about the other dealers though.
Those are the ones I was referring to as well. I always figured they bagged them at BB before putting them in ziplocks so that they would be extra protected.
I imagine the factories just dump the parts into labeled cases by either item# or name (IE Dustin leg L, etc) They’re probably then inspected and grouped into full kits once they reach BB.
Maybe so I thought the opposite. I thought the factory sends them that way… and I thought maybe the ones unwrapped are checked and wrapped ones aren’t
That’s also possible, but I can’t see the factory taking time to individually QC their parts, let alone bag them.
