Alternative artists- thoughts on using SOLE kits?

So I started painting my Ellis Auer as a human baby. But every time I look at him, I can’t see him as human - I always see him as a Vulcan, and I just can’t unsee it! I sooo want to make him Vulcan, but I’ve never used a SOLE kit for an alternative. I typically use BB kits or open editions for my alternatives. What do you all think? Would it be super stupid to use this kit this way? Should I just keep going with him as a regular baby? Any advice/opinions welcome, from alternative or regular artists/collectors!

It’s your kit and you can do whatever you want with it. Go for it! Create your vision.

Some people don’t like it when we (Alternative Artist) use their SOLE kits that they have held for a long time to see them made into anything other than their own vision of a realistic baby. I am speaking from experience. But hey I do it all the time. It is your doll - have fun, I can’t wait to see.

I’d be proud to have a Spock baby, and being sole would just make it all the more special.
Spock is my man. :vulcan_salute:

I have one of those that I’ve already reborned. I wouldn’t mind if it was made into an alternative. I just wouldn’t want to see it or know about it.

@jeanhai I love your honesty, lol! I have a few dream kits SOLE that the seller can’t wait to see what kind of Alternative I will make. Hope I don’t end up making a realistic they will be mad at me, lol.
