Just return him, it may be an error. They will replace him. That isn’t a seconds that is scrap.

I think that you should have contacted them first, as I have been a customer for 8+ years and they are AMAZING at customer service (all of their customers know that) so they will help you with any problems you may have. Just shoot them a message. always great service.
I thought since it was a seconds I would just repair it myself. I didn’t mean to cause trouble or anything, was only looking for advice They do have amazing customer service and I am very grateful to them for always being so kind to their customers.
