Can someone tell me what size clothes and shoes the Ping Lau toddlers wear?

I saw a video on YouTube of a lady who got I believe Teegan and from I remeber she was saying 9 months. She prefers snug fitting clothes on her dolls so I guess it really depends on what you like the entire video I was thinking that the doll could easily wear 12 months.
