3 month Joseph head

For those that have done 3 month size Joseph. Did you sit the head up or lay it on the side? I don’t want his head to be too close to the heating element.

I always have my extender ring on and used it standing his head up.

My nuwave come with one so I use one additional on on top of the one that came with my nuwave

I Lay it on the side and i am using 2 extender rings.
