From the top so I can save you the trip and explain 
For example, here is my Holly
So the next person could say “here’s my holly”
And post theirs
Or
“Doll with owl blanket”
Or
“Reborn with a crocheted hat”
Or
“Reborn in a basket”
Or
“My doll has a tummy plate”
Or
“Reborn with a toy”
Etc
