Yes, Uriel by Priscilla Lopez. If I am not mistaken, Priscilla Lopez did this prototype herself.

I have been watching this one but when it came up for pre-order it said it was 17 inch so think I am passing this one by but she sure is a cute one.

I’m finding a lot of these kits are 17-18 inches long right now. I just love that face though.
