Is it possibly Inka By Ina Volrich?

@Katinafleming this outfit is a little big on her around the neck and it’s 0-3 months. I think newborn would work if it wasn’t Carters. Carter’s run small to me.

Thank you. She came to me as a boy but her original artist had her as a boy so I reassigned her back to her original gender. She was my first prototype and I got her for cheap.
