Maybe, as far as tearing goes. For silicones, I think some are poured with mouths open, others require carving out later. It looks like someone having their tounge surgically removed without the blood. Ew.
However, I’m not sure if this makes them more prone to tearing or not.
Can a solid silicone head get a magnet inside??
I’ve also seen vids where the paci nipple gets the end cut off, then gets sliced in a way that makes it smaller and flatter at the tip. Sorry, I don’t have links for that.
