I placed an order for rooting needles on Oct 24th from Still Moments Nursery. I have not received them or received any notification that they’ve been sent. It’s been a month. I’ve e-mailed her twice without a response. It wasn’t an expensive order but I need these particular needles. Anybody know if there’s something going on there?

If you have tried to email with no success, then I would file a claim with Paypal(if that is how you paid).

I just now got a reply. She says it was sent as a letter on November 8th and to check with the post office to see if they’re holding it. I’ll do that, but I don’t know why they would. There is no tracking number.

it took 2 weeks to post? that is pretty bad to begin with. As the seller she needs to be doing the follow up with it. I would file a claim if they have not arrived before you run out of time.

I have shipped to Australia and I have received items from Australia. It never took more than 2 weeks at the most. Im here in the USA. You were already 2 weeks in before it was even posted. without a tracking number who is to say when it actually posted

It could; normally it takes couple of weeks but once we get to this time of the year it can be much longer. There is no such thing as letters going by ship any more, everything is airmail. What is so special about needles from Nikki?

Do not the Spearson Doll Bodies have them?
I checked. They have the single barb but not the 2 barb. I may order some single barbs from them but I really want the 2 barb. Thanks for the tip.
