So I need to vent!!! I get home to check my messages and emails, and I received an email from some lady from reborns.com telling me she’s very mad, because I sold Bently!! And she planned on buying him, and then told me she had him reserved !! So I went back to make sure I had not made a mistake, and I’ve not gotten any messages from this lady until this ugly one! She said I needed to reply back to her, so I did, I apologized and told her she’s never messaged me about any baby!!! I try to be nice, but I think if I get any messages from her like that again , I’m not gonna be so nice!

Good!!! She is rude! You would of known is he was reserved because she should of sent you a deposit to do so!!! If you reply, and want to deal with her… Tell her you can make her another. And get a deposit before you start! :heart:

Yes! And she’s never talked to me, I have no info on her

I guess I’ll have to make sure I get deposits from people too on there

Totally! I require a 100.00 non refundable deposit to reserve any baby. Balance must be paid in full with in 60 days:-)

Yes! Deposits are a must! And I wouldn’t offer to make her another baby unless she asks first…she sounds like a nasty person to deal with.

People feel so much more powerful online than in person. They feel a sense of empowerment and protection they get to type type type away and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. Short of death threats or murder confessions no one can stop anyone from writing what they feel. That’s the downside of working online… So many people are way different than in person! I guarantee she would NEVER have spoken like that in real life. So just shake it off and don’t let her anger you. If she was immediately so rude and nasty then you don’t want her as a customer anyway, or your baby going to a mean home LOL!

I wonder if she reserved a doll from someone else and got confused. That would be so wierd. If she did and she figures it out, she owes you a big appology!
