I can just imagine what a sight that would have been. :joy:

I agree, and that is true for almost anything. Lots of times when you look at it again the next morning it’s not as bad as you thought, and it’s often even better.

Hopefully no one saw me ~ she kind of bobbed on top for a minute and finally sank. Whew!

Is that kit Celeste? I love how it’s not “in your face” alternative.

Bahahahah!!

I think I just worked on it too much and I just didn’t want to deal with it again. If I have ever tossed a baby, it’s a baby I would not paint again. I can usually tell (Emmy, Celeste, Phinneas, Punkin…) when I first start painting that I am not going to enjoy it, but I try anyway, push it as far as I can. It isn’t wasted, trust my I paint the heck out of that baby.

The best part is she fears her husband will fish it out and it will return to haunt her.

I stripped one doll and will never do it again. It’s horrible work for me anyway. Kills my hands. I threw it out lol

You guys are killing me throwing out all those kits I could have stripped and finished. Want to send them to me from now on?

I sure did. I felt like giving up several times in the first few months, but I kept at it. It gets better the more you practice.
