I don’t know about anyone else but I had a really hard time finding good quality, long, human hair for toddlers. Thanks to a member here i found some great hair. I bought it from hair4sell and fixitguruluver on ebay. (They are from the same company just different sellers.) It is beautiful. I told them that I had heard such great things about their hair and when it came 3 days later they had included a free ounce of hair!!!
That hair looks beautiful.
That is beautiful… need to root that on my head.
Wow gorgeous! And so nice to send an extra OUNCE!!!
Thank you for sharing.
oh my word!!!
Is it human hair?
Crystalmae that is a beautiful head of hair… How much human hair did it take you please ?
Yes, it’s human hair.
Thank you. It’s been awhile ago so I can’t for sure, but I’d estimate about an ounce.
thank you very much .
How much did you need to root your baby?
Estelle 85 I am not sure how much i will need … I have a tibby kit and a leontyne kit. I have not done a toddler size yet .
It’s been so long so I don’t remember but I’d estimate a little under an ounce with micro rooting.
I have only made 2 babies, the last a preemie. I bought a kenzie and I think I want hair similar go yours. I know the kid mohair looks thin bit is so beautiful. I love the work on your baby! I may wait and look into purchasing some for kenzie, lol. It’s all a learning process! Thank you so much for answering crystalmae!
I love rooting because you can make each one different! I get excited to plan each head (I’m a rooting geek! Lol). You should try working with a good quality alpaca sometime if you like kid mohair. It’s so much like real baby hair. You have to find good, strong fiber though because some of it breaks too easily during rooting. Feel free to ask if you ever have any questions!
Here is one that I rooted with alpaca.
That’s looks awesome! Since I am new, the biggest issues I have is the where, the color and the year for thickness. I love the slumberland kid but it is very fine. Even though I rooted my preemie for hours I felt it was thinner than I had liked hut the quality is amazing.
I agree the kid mohair is super fine and harder to root than yearling mohair .
Is the alpaca the same texture as kid mohair ? Crystalmae.
Wow…awesome rooting job. What size and type needle do you like to use with the human hair? I do mostly toddlers and have purchased hair from this seller too.
