Spot check

I now have two kits that have a spot that has shown up on it. I have no idea how it’s happening or what is happening, or how to cover it!! I’ll take any advice or info you guys have!

That happened to me a few times before I figured out it was paint flecks that were falling off of my inexpensive paint brushes. I didn’t notice, baked and they came out like that. Now I paint mod podge over the handles of all my painted handles. That solved the problem.

I covered mine with layers of red and turned them in to a blemish.

Yours might be totally something else, just telling you what happened to me and how I fixed it.

What kit is it and where exactly is the spot?. What I think might be a spot could be intentional painting

That spot is on Pascale, but there’s another one on Yousef that is the same, but in a different place. And there is another one on another kit in a different place. It’s definitely happening in my oven, but I don’t know what’s causing it.

I had the same exact yellow spot in the same place on my Pascale. I thought I had somehow gotten a spot of straight yellow ochre on it and didn’t notice, but it was weird because I saw it after baking it definitely wasn’t there before that bake and my yellow ochre had been done several layers prior to it showing up, but I couldn’t think of another explanation. I tried to remove it with WN on a q-tip but it wouldn’t come off, I ended up just putting a little flesh 08 on the spot and then did a little rashy stipple blushing over it and it’s not visible anymore.

It’s so weird. I was thinking I was having an oven problem. And since I had a yellow spot show up on two others, I chalked it up to that. I have started on another doll and so far I don’t see any spots. I hope babies can have a hermangioma on their feet, cause this one does!
