You will have to write a form on the post office, nothing difficult. Description of what is it and value. That’s it. Can take some time to travel and time sitting in customs but it really depends on the postal service you choose. You will need tracking, full insurance and signature confirmation.
The buyer should be aware they may have to pay custom fees.
I never had any problems to ship from Canada to UK
