Setting eyes in place help

I rarely do open eyed babies but I’m working on Elijah, and the eye sockets are too deep for the eyes. The size is fine but they keep moving around within the sockets. What do I used to keep them in the front?

You can put a piece of a makeup sponge to fill up the rest of the socket.

I’m about to work on my Elijah also, did you get 18mm eyes?

I did, but I got oval glass eyes so I think full round eyes would probably be fine

I have always read that you go up a size when using oval eyes. I would try that. It is better to have them fit snug than to put things behind them that may deteriorate over time.
