Rebornfx Matte Varnish Question

Is rebornfx matte Varnish supposed to be rough? I didn’t expect it to be so rough so I’m just curious.

Yes, it is rough to the touch. Kind of like a soft rough sandpaper.

Yes, it’s rough. I prefer DecoArt soft touch or matt varnish. Or sometime I mix both.
It’s great for prisma hair tho !

I really like them. I was using ultimate fusion before and I find I really like painting with rebornfx better.
