hello girls, I have a question! a baby of 18.5 “(for example Steven) can be put in a body of 20”?
If you have a 20" body, stuff it with polyfil, attach the head and arms with strings to see if it looks proportionate. Sometimes it looks okay, sometimes not. BB Joey is advertised as a 20" doll but he has a small head and kind of long limbs. He looks better with an 18" body and limbs (I used newborn Emmy 1/4 limbs on mine.)

I think it looks a little wide, but otherwise fine lengthwise. Maybe take a bit of stuffing out?
