So happy to say, I won the chargeback case!
Long story condensed…
A lady ordered a custom…after over 60 plus emails,tons of photos before shipping, she decided to file claim. I won that. Then she goes for chargeback through credit card company.
I sent our emails,photos, everything i had. Paypal fought for me and won the case.
So, you ladies that do custom orders, make sure you document everything. Pictures,email,etc.
I for sure thought it was a lost cause, but because i submitted all the evidence, I won.
