OMG! This is not right

I bought on ebay a little ornament to go with my granddaughter’s doll house; it arrived just wrapped in piece of bubble wrap and put in a plastic bag, and it was not surprisingly broken:

I tried to glue it but superglue did not work and neither did some ceramic glue. I decided to let the seller know; so i took some pictures and went to “contact seller” but the only way to do it was to request refund, and no option to send a photo? I mean that is ridiculous! This is a $4 little knick knack, and damaged totally by the seller’s stupidity, but this is very scary indeed if anybody can request refund and no questions/proof is required. Will see what happens next; can the seller ask for proof of damage? Suddenly ETSY is starting to look attractive.

Oh what a shame, It looks like it was a very cute little birdbath

That’s sad. Hopefully, someone will know of a glue that will work. Have you tried E6000?

Try Gorilla glue.

Mmmm I see your point re the refund. That is a worry! When I sell…it’s on ebay…so yep I’m worried.
