He is. He weighed 6 lbs., 11 oz. and was 19.5 inches long. He lost a little weight. When he came home today, he weighed 6 lbs., 1 oz.

Thanks. I was heartbroken when I had to leave him to come home. His mom has sent me several updated pics of him today. :grinning:

He’s so cute. The Moon in his name is so unique.

I was 4 lbs 5 oz at birth. I’m a twin so that explains it. My mom told me how everyone was scared to hold me. They didn’t want to hurt me. My twin sister weighed 5 lbs. I believe 5 or 6 oz.

His brother picked it out. Actually, he wanted to name him Sunny Moon. I am SO grateful that they did not agree to it. He is named David for my dad. and Kinsay is a combination of his parents’ names - Mom is Kathlyn and Dad is Lindsay.

Thanks so much, y’all! I love them both so much and miss them terribly. Fortunately, they are not terribly far away. East TN is just a few hours drive from Birmingham. I will be keeping the road hot until they move to Branson. Then, I guess I’ll make that drive, too. Gotta see the babies. :wink:
