I called again and I was told despite calling and asking on Saturday, there was no apt number listed. The lady wanted me to wait until tomorrow and request a redelivery but I insisted and she added and confirmed the address, name and phone number.
I’m disabled so it’s a little harder for me to walk over and get it. We have a mailing service a few blocks over but the post office is several blocks away by foot. I don’t drive and walk places. I’m trying to say up energy for the walk to mail this baby back! When you pick up, they may not have it and they require 2 forms of id which is nuts.
Wow! they sound like they are really on the job NOT hoping they got it right this time .
That’s why I hate USPS deliveries. I prefer FedEx or UPS. They lost my son’s helicopter for the holidays years ago, and I had to insist they redeliver. They didn’t want to because they had so many deliveries.
Hate to tell you this but they deliver to wrong address as well I had a day bed delivered to my neighbor it would have been fine but it was for me 
My sister had a lawn mower delivered to the neighbor down the street so they have problems paying attention too .
You don’t be able to carry that box back to the post office. Better have a wagon or something to haul it. It’s really heavy, plus it’s big and awkward to carry. 
I have a New York wagon! I use my shopping cart for everything. People even balance TVs and furniture on theirs. How much did it weigh?
I think it was about 22 pounds when it was here in Texas.
I was estimating 25 to 30 so I was close! I should enter a guessing contest at the fair hehe.
It grows on its own. So it probably is 25 to 30 pounds now. 
Maybe even 50! I was worried it would be that big lol.
Welp… Better luck tomorrow girl. It didn’t just disappear, it’ll get there. The post office workers just need to get on the ball!!
@ashleyfox98 @Nikkiroc @britt40478 @hyelah1990 the box was returned to sender when they couldn’t deliver it due to address. They sent it back on September 28th. I was told this today by a representative and the reason why we couldn’t see that was because when I requested redelivery, it won’t show the tracking information for the package.
@britt40478 has or will have the package and needs to send it back to Ashley.

Exactly. I’m not in a good mood right now because of this. This place is where I come to find some calm and I feel awful about this. Also why couldn’t anyone tell me that before 3 hours on the phone over 3 days? I wanted to tag you but I couldn’t remember your username! That’s how frustrated I’m feeling.

I absolutely hate this. 
Wow! That’s ridiculous. Can they at least explain why it couldn’t get to you? I’m sure you get packages all the time. What made this one undeliverable. I’m sure you gave the same address on here as always. How did it not get there?
Ok… listen to this… last Christmas I sent my sisters gift… she was living in NYC. Same thing happened… and they said… the package would be returned to me. I did the same as you with the redelivery and it went to her!!! Which is what I’m hoping happens here. You need to talk to Saint Anthony… he loves helping me find stuff! Tell him… Saint Anthony, please come around, something is lost and needs to be found!!! Then Explain. You don’t have to be religious… he really loves to help. He helps me on a daily!!!
The apartment number was not included in the address when it was mailed.
I LOVE Saint Anthony! I’m not Catholic and I still ask for help and he always helps me. I’m going to ask him now. The NYC mail service is jacked. It wasn’t deliverable because the apartment number was not on the label.
