I had the opportunity to take over the training department for orientations for new employees and training for current employees. So its been one of those things where not much time for much til I get it all down where I want it to be. Doing great though.
Glad to hear it. That is a big responsibility. I used to train the new nurses on the units, and I know how much work goes into it.
