So fedex delivered my kits from macphersons today. I received an email stating that my package was left at the door. When I got home it was not at my door. But fedex said it was at my door. I believe they left it by the mailbox area n someone took it. I have had so ,any padkages stolen, it’s ridiculous. It was my Huxley kit n 2 other kits. So now I gotta wait to hear back from fedex. I live in an apartment building. I ordered a ring camera tonight. I’m gonna put it right outside my door. Stuff that I order from amazon I have go to work address. Everything else is shipped to my address. I’m so upset.

I am so sorry! I would be devastated too 
I hope they will find your box. Maybe it was marked as delivered in error. Or maybe one of your neighbors got it. Did you ask them?

It’s like 8 apartments on my hall. Only 3 of them are occupied. I did text my 1 neighbor that I talk too. She wasn’t home to check my door. A lot of times they leave packages in the mail area instead of taking them to the apartment. Someone about a month ago left a note on the lobby door asking delivery drivers to not leave packages in the lobby. Apparently others have had packages stolen too. Thank you

I’m sorry that happened, but keeping hope alive, maybe they will open them and see they are dolls and return them.

I had that happen to me recently. I ordered a portable crib from Walmart.com and a pair of shoes from Belk. UPS delivered 2 packages to my house. One was mine and one was not. My crib was present, the shoes not. They left them on my porch as usual. I called the company to report the package misdelivered and mine being gone. They said they would pick up the wrong one and file a report on the missing one. I then called Belk and they said they would file a report and for me to give it a few more days and if the shoes were not found they would refund my money. The next day, the shoes showed up on my porch. It took UPS several more days though to actually take the package they misdelivered.

That would make me so mad. I’m glad I invested in cameras even though I live at the end of the street. At least, I know IF it was delivered and not just put in the system as delivered.

FedEx is awful! I’ve had several packages go missing and they claimed it was delivered. In one case it was actually delivered to a family streets away. I didn’t get it back for months and lost an order over it. I hope you are able to find it!
Hopefully it will be found, like others have said. I’ve had to hunt down a package before. Usually the delivery company figures it out and makes it right. Hopefully this will be your outcome

I’ve had the same thing happen as @withlovenursery where it was marked delivered but never showed up and then showed within a couple days

I wanted to cuss the driver out, lol.
I had ups deliver my package to the wrong apt. When I knocked on their door. She said oh I thought it was my package. She had opened it n put the stuff away like it was. Hers. It was baby stuff n laundry stuff. I don’t know why they leave packages at peoples doors or in mail area . They know People steal.

I ordered a ring camera last night. Im at the end of the hall. I’m gonna install it right outside my door. I should have done this a year ago. A few years ago, I didn’t have this problem. The intercom system use to work. The door was locked n you had to be buzzed in. They broke the lock on the door several times. So now it doesn’t lock. The intercom system is down as well. They been moving anybody in there. I’m looking for a 2 bedroom house to move.
