Anyone know how to replace eyes on these dolls?! I was so bummed to open this doll and find her eye was cracked like this.

Thanks:) shes kinda like a ball jointed doll- so there are ties on the inside. I watched some videos earlier- its definitely doable- I have to purchase a heat gun now!

Thanks:) I’m going to watch some more videos on it…it looks like I have to cut a big hole in her scalp and it has to be heated first!

I bought her off IG. She didn’t mention the eyes…but they have been sprayed with something gummy. I’ve seen so much dolly drama that I’m scared to speak up about it. I just bite the bullet. Thankfully there are videos that show how to repair her. She wasn’t cheap! Lesson learned… ALWAYS get close up pictures:/ she looked STUNNING in her pics…but none were close ups. Her eyes definitely have some kind of spray on them…they are plastic…so I dont know how easily they would have cracked in the mail?

If you used PayPal to pay for her,you can file a not as described with them and get a refund and of course send it back.

Yes. Under the wig there is a little cap…it is too small for hands to fit in there and do any cutting ect…so I ha e to heat the head with a heat gun and cut the hole wider, then cut out the eye sockets. I’m ordering a red haired wig;) I’ve seen lace front wigs that look really real…that with some beautiful glass eyes and if I feel anymore adventurous…I may put some more color on her skin. Shes became high maintenance pretty quick;)
I like her too much to send her back! I was tempted to mail her away to get fixed, but it looks like I can fix her. <3

I don’t know if it happened to this doll in particular, but I’ve had plastic eyes crack from being heated. Not even baked but put in a head while it was hot. And from being dropped. It’s possible that it happened in shipping but I wouldn’t think it would be super likely. I’m sorry she’s not exactly what you wanted her to be, she’s really pretty other than her eyes
