Mottling colors and how to mix

Hi I’m new in the reborn world I would like to start my first reborn but I don’t know how to start and the more I research the more overwhelming :disappointed_relieved:I feel please can some body help thanks

I already bought the starter kit from bb but I really would like to do mottling and I see people using a lot different colors like purple,green,blue ect, and the baby’s come out so beautiful I know that everyone has their own style but would love to see some opinions and suggestions.

If your looking for a guide I would suggest you find a free Tutorial and stick to it from start to finish and not jump around with others. That way you can get a feel of how to paint and not get confused. There is so much info out there that it can get overwhelming trying to do it all. Once you’ve finished the tutorial and before you matt, you can take a look at it and see what you can add that it might be lacking.

Welcome, Stating out is very overwhelming but with some many different tutorials there are so many great ways to go about it. That is why it is so hard to say do this 1 2 3 . My best advice is get a couple kits on sale on BB. Find a tutorial that you feel comfortable with go for it if you need any help along the way we are here. When I stared I thought I should see results with the first 3 to 5 layer but there are so many don’t go to heavy just because you don’t see results right away. The real results come with the creases and blushing. And remember it is easy to add color then take it away. i start almost 2 years ago and am still watching tutorial and learning new things. And take what works for me from each one. And try to make my own style. Good luck and happy reborning.
