How do you know if something is in/out of stock? A lot of them say coming soon but will also say there’s a few left? How do I know if I order something it will work?do any of you ladies know?
Usually coming soon means that the kit is either out of stock currently & will be restocked or is coming soon. lol I think coming soon kits are either kits out of stock but will be restocked or newer kits. Usually if they are out of stock they will say it Out of Stock where the add to chart button usually is or at the top.
Thanks! I was looking at Sally by Bonnie brown but I thought she was limited to a year and would never be made again? So I was wondering why there was a “coming soon” banner by her.
It may be an error with her. I would call or email them. They are really quick by phone.
I order all the time from them, if you put it in your cart, it’ll let you know if it’s out. However they do bill your shippping separate from the charge, so pay attention to your e-mails. Because they won’t send your package until you pay it. It depends where you live I guess, like my shipping is about $15. But they send it to my email the next day or so.

Shipping is free for orders over $100.
Many times this has to do with the number she has coming in…I know on pre-orders they order so many kits so just say they have orders for 100 but they decide to order 110…there are 10 unallocated kits so it will show that even though they are not currently in stock…there are a few left that can be purchased if that makes sense…not sure if that is the case with MacPhersons but it is how City of Reborn Angels and several others over here in Oz list theirs…

I’m actually really disappointed with them. Purchased a kit on the 10th and never recieved a shipping invoice (when I checked out I assumed shipping for my order was free until I got an email that I was going to be invoiced the shipping cost). I’ve tried several ways of contacting them and gotten no reply. It’s been 10 days now since my purchase =(
Really!? Once it took about 3 days to receive a shipping invoice that was before they had free shipping on orders over $100. I believe I had to phone them. I have purchased 3 dolls kit in the past week from them all at different times and all have shipped the next day and I received all within 3 days but all orders were over $100. I would contact them via phone!! Was your order over $100?
I actually just called them. Didn’t get anyone the first time but someone answered the second time. They said they were now working on the second order because they were out of stock. I ordered when the doll was supposed to still be in stock, it said they had a few left when I purchased. Not cool. I kept the order but I probably should have just canceled. Someone should have let me know what was going on, then I wouldn’t be upset.
Oh wow. I probably would have cancelled. Did they say when the kit was coming back into stock?
I’m afraid they didn’t. I have no idea. Oh, well. Guess I’ll give it another week. Crazy.

Yes, I think I’m going to try someone else =) Not sure how I go about getting my money back from Macpherons, though. I paid through PayPal.
Maybe you can cancel the order. The money should go back into your account or like if you paid with a credit or debit card or bank through PayPal.
I’ve decided to get my money back. There’s no excuse for such terrible customer service. I’m not okay with it. I’ll just have to find a Twin B kit somewhere else when the time comes.
