Thanks for the compliment about my grand…she is a little sweetie and she is still little and petite…She is 9, almost 10 and the size of a 7 - 8 year old…

I was a preemie, 7 weeks early & weighed 4 lbs 3 oz – back in 1956, babies that small were not expected to survive. They’ve come sooooo far since then, thankfully!
I was in the incubator for several weeks and then was released to go home @ 5 lbs – to my newly-minted 17 yr. old mother. I often think it truly was a miracle that I survived.

Wow Karen! You are a miracle!!!️ Luna is 3 pounds 11 ounces now and 16 and a half inches:smiley: I love preemies and thank god for medical technology

Such a young mom to have to deal with a preemie and all that goes with it. God certainly had His hand on you.
