I have someone that wants to put a baby on layaway. How do I invoice her so she can make payments?
When I do a layaway through reborns, I invoice through PayPal just like @Katinafleming shows. I add the details on the invoice such as when payments are due and whatnot. Then on reborns, I mark it as reserved and not sold until baby is paid off.

Yes! Reserved until paid off…then change to sold. I’m glad you added that.

Has anyone ever had any issues with doing a layaway?
I don’t sell on reborns. Yet, but have done lay a way with dolls before and haven’t had much issues. However ALL details need to be laid out clearly prior to accepting any payment. Such as down payment, what minimum monthly payments are, due dates, etc. Also that baby will NOT ship until paid in full and what your return/refund policy is for payments if they change their mind or dont want to finish paying
