If you did Larry, what size was the body you used? I believe the kit is supposed to be between 21 and 22 inches when done. My kit and body came from Kaitlyn at Small Wonders. I was just now measuring the body she sent for this kit, and it is just about 9 inches long. Isn’t that the size of body for a newborn sized reborn? My Lola Stoete that I’m working on came with a 9 inch body, and she is supposed to be 19 inches when done. If I have the wrong body for Larry then I need to find one soon as I’m almost done with him. Yikes. I’m used to using bodies that come with kits, so haven’t really measured them much. But this one for Larry looks small to me.

I just put the dolls limbs in loosely as a test. If it looks right, it is right. The doll length measurements are approximate depending on the body you choose.

But wouldn’t one body that is proportionate for an 18 inch doll look too short on a doll that is meant to be almost 22 inches? I just looked at different BB bodies for different size dolls. They have a body for a 21 inch doll that measures 10 1/4 inches from neck to crotch. So, I’m thinking this 9 inch body will look a bit too short (stubby) in the torso if the full size for the kit is 22 inches.
I would think that one would be too short for sure.

That’s what I’m thinking but wasn’t sure since I have mostly used bodies that come with kits or that are specifically made for the kit, like what BB does. This is the body that Kaitlyn said went with the Larry kit. Sigh. I’ll use this body on a newborn size baby and get one made for my Larry.
I believe all the suppliers say 19-21 inches. I think i used 20.
