Would Jesse be a good option for a first reborn? I know an asleep kit would be better but this kit is adorable.

I’d get Jesse if that’s the one you like. I use wispy applied lashes on my open eyed babies. I’m too chicken to try rooting them. I’d be heartbroken if I ruined it because of the eyelashes.

I’d go for it. I’d say it would be easier with a sleeping kit but there are tons of videos on YouTube that can help you set your eyes and root or apply lashes.

My first kit was 20" BB Raine, open eyed. I had a lot of fun painting him! So I agree go with the one that you like.
