Jane…believe it or not, I got the flu and it put me out for about 3 days. Luckily I needed the glue to dry in the head so I’m not too far behind. I’m feeling better today so I’m going to try and assemble her. Just can’t wait to see the others. My husband asked if she’s the one for the ugly baby contest…lol…and when I said yes he said he thought so, there’s no making that one pretty. Lol. I told him that’s the point and why we’re doing the Challange.

My husband tells me so tactfully that she has beautiful eyes. I can tell he thinks she’s not pretty. What worries me is he’s always telling me I have pretty eyes. Hmmm LOL

DONE!!! I sent my pics in. The entire time I was assembling her I was chatting with a friend on line. I sent her a quick pic and she says…She looks like a baby gorilla…pssssssssst, there went the air out of my balloon!

Still rooting hopefully I will finish up tonight. I can’t wait to see everyone’s too. I laugh every time I look at mine. I’m not sure if it’s a boy or girl yet lol I did order 2 outfits to display him/her in . I have not much left but it feels like that last spot is taking me forever to root.

I’m not in the challange , but I have to say even though we haven’t seen all the babies yet I have gotten the biggest kick out of the conversations over this ugly little duckling. Soooooooooo excited to see her all done up.When are all the pictures getting posted?
