I am so jealous Angie…i did some amish sourdough back in the spring and then zero since then. I probably will never grind my own flour…(you are amazing 
)…but I finally reorganized all my “bread stuff” a few weeks back and want to get back into it…nothing in this world like fresh hot bread with gobs of butter melting all over it!!!

I have not made any sourdough bread. Just regular whole wheat honey yeast bread. I got in some spelt, soft wheat and einkorn to try as well.

The recipe I have is not true sourdough..it is a whole lot easier than actual sourdough…which I tried ONE time and failed miserably. 
That bread looks delish! I skipped lunch and I can practically taste it!
I need this recioe then.
I finished the other dress. Had to alter the 2T pattern by guess work. I just nowctried itvon her over her pants and it is not a bad fit.
