There is a handful of artists whose babies are very popular and their prototypes, especially if made by some special reborn artist might fetch so much. But when people try to re-sell their prototypes, they generally loose quite a bit.
Does anybody know what was the most that prototype sold for? I recall one going for about $12000, few years back. When I looked at the ID that bought it, the history showed all second hand baby clothes and used car parts. Had me wonder if the shill bidder got somewhat carried away.
