Has anyone else noticed tiny holes in the vinyl of Max?

I bought a first quality Max kit and just started painting him last night. I’m noticing teeny tiny holes in random places on his vinyl. They weren’t visible until I started to add paint. Has anyone else noticed this? I’m afraid it’s too late to let BB step in and help since I’ve already started painting him :disappointed:

You could take some pics showing the holes and send them to @EmilyBB ~ I feel certain she’ll help. They stand by their products.

It is not too late, many problems only become apparent when you start working with a kit. Photos might be difficult to show the problem, but have a go and send the best you can.

Thank you so much @Ludmila and @kareninflorida for your help  I think it will be difficult to capture on camera as Ludmila said but, I guess it can’t hurt. I’ll try to see if I’m able to pick up any of the little pin holes in a picture and send to Emily.

Maybe they’ll just take your word for it; I just thought if you could get pictures of the holes it would help. I’m sure BB will take care of you.

Actually, I was able to get pretty clear pictures of the little pin holes. I was surprised I was able to capture them in a picture. I put my camera on the text setting and they came through for the most part  Thank you for helping! I msg Emily so, hopefully she can help

It is not just taking people’s word for it; if I was the seller I would want to see what sort of manufacturing problems are there, and be able to show to the factory…

I’m sure they will take care of it. I had quite a few layers on a kit before and I was just starting out so I didn’t know what to look for at the time. My kit had all sorts of issues and they took care of it for me. Also once I needed to buy a new head from a LE kit bc of my own fault, I over baked and kit turned shiny so I tried the fine sandpaper on it and I scratched the kit real bad. Couldn’t see it very well in photos so I changed the settings on my camera to negative, and all the little marks showed up so I had sent them that pic as it was the only way to show it and they offered to sell me a new head!
