I just booked my hotel for the ROSE show. Events are paid for. Now I just have to sell enough dolls to pay for the hotel, airfare and shuttles.

I haven’t booked my flight yet. I’m hoping the Coronavirus panic will be a thing of the past by then.

Yes ma’am, I wasn’t suppose to go this year but I couldn’t stand it-----Just had to go. NOT GOING in 2021 though. Lots of forum members that I have never met were going this year so that swayed me, I want to meet them!! I’ll be at the same hotel as you. Check on flights, I understand they are pretty cheap. Mandy got flights for her and Bob for way less than I paid for mine, she comes from Florida and I come from San Diego—can you believe that. I wish I would have waited but I didn’t know all this was going to happen. @jeanhai

I’m glad you’re coming. The thing is, last year I waited because I didn’t have the money together to pay the air fare and I almost didn’t get a flight that would get me there in time for the baby shower. I’m arriving on the 25th, and I don’t want to miss the baby shower. And yes, I believe your flight cost more. We Californians get hit with higher prices from all sides.

I got the same flight as last time so I should arrive at the SLC airport around 1 p.m. which puts me at the Hotel around 3. It takes a while to get off the plane, get the luggage and catch the shuttle. You were there at the same time as me so are you going to be there around 1? If so we’ll probably get the same shuttle again!! See ya soon!!

edit: I sure hope they don’t cancel this flight with all the coronavirus stuff going on. I hope we have it all under control by that time. I worry that maybe Utah won’t let us have a Large gathering either.

I’m hoping to get the same flight but I haven’t booked it yet. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to upgrade to Premium so I’ll have a little more leg room. I need that because of medical issues. I’m concerned the show may be cancelled too. If not, I’ll see you there. Looking forward to it. What airline are you taking?

I fly Delta. I have also flown Alaska, both are nice. I get what you mean about the ‘leg’ room, it stinks. They upgraded my seat to one with more leg room one time and it was so much nicer. They didn’t charge me for it, that was cool.
